AC cleaning and filter replacement Selangor
Share:
At EKG M&E Sdn Bhd, we specialize in professional AC cleaning and filter replacement services in Selangor, ensuring your air conditioning units deliver optimal performance, energy efficiency, and healthy indoor air quality. Over time, air conditioners accumulate dust, pollutants, and biological contaminants, which can significantly reduce cooling efficiency, strain components, and pose health risks to occupants. Our service focuses on deep internal cleaning and timely filter replacement, two essential elements of effective air conditioning maintenance.
We provide cleaning and filter solutions for a wide range of air conditioning systems used in homes, offices, commercial outlets, healthcare facilities, factories, and more throughout Selangor.
🛠️ What’s Included in Our AC Cleaning & Filter Replacement Service:
✅ Indoor Unit Cleaning
Removal of dust, mould, and dirt buildup from the evaporator coil, blower fan, casing, and interior components using non-corrosive cleaning agents.
✅ Outdoor Unit Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning of the condenser coil and fan blades to restore heat dissipation and improve airflow, especially in dusty environments.
✅ Air Filter Cleaning or Replacement
Filters are either thoroughly washed or replaced (depending on type/condition) to restore airflow and trap airborne contaminants effectively.
✅ Drain Tray Cleaning & Flushing
Cleaning and disinfection of the condensate tray and flushing of drain lines to prevent blockages, overflows, and bacterial growth.
✅ Inspection of Electrical Components
Safety check of internal terminals, control boards, and wiring for signs of corrosion, overheating, or loose connections during cleaning.
✅ Final System Testing
Post-cleaning operational test to ensure cooling output, noise levels, and system cycling function within optimal parameters.

💡 Why Is Regular AC Cleaning & Filter Replacement Important?
Neglecting to clean your AC unit or replace filters can lead to:
❌ Higher electricity bills due to reduced airflow
❌ Poor indoor air quality and respiratory risks
❌ Water leakage from blocked drainage
❌ Strained compressors and reduced system lifespan
❌ Mould and bacteria growth inside the unit
Regular servicing improves cooling performance, promotes energy savings, and protects your health—especially in humid climates like Malaysia’s.
